Total Grounds is a professional outdoor landscape and maintenance company, specializing in commercial snow plowing in the winter season. Our company is looking for experienced snow plow operators for plow trucks and loaders for the upcoming winter season.

​

Total Grounds operates snow removal services for many commercial properties in the Franklin, Tilton, Belmont and Laconia areas. We have a fleet of trucks, de-icers, and loaders to accommodate the snow clearing requirements of our customers. During larger storms, our company is committed to multiple shifts in order to rest our employees and keep them safe while on duty. We are currently hiring for all shifts.

Qualifications:

• 1+ Yrs experience commercial snow plowing with a truck or loader

• Clean driving record

• Availability to work whenever there is snow. This can mean nights or weekends.

• Ability to use a smartphone app to log services for our customers

Shift Flexibility Available:

• 1st Shift range: 3am to 2pm (weather dependent)

• 2nd Shift range: 3pm to 2am (weather dependent)

 

This is a seasonal position for the upcoming Winter 24-25 snow season. ​
