Total Grounds is a professional outdoor landscape and maintenance company, specializing in commercial snow plowing in the winter season.  Our company is looking for motivated snow shovelers that will shovel, operate snowblowers, and sidewalk clearing machines for the upcoming winter season. 

Total Grounds operates snow removal services for many commercial properties in the Franklin, Tilton, Belmont and Laconia areas. We have a fleet of trucks, de-icers, loaders and sidewalk machines to accommodate the snow clearing requirements of our customers. Snow shovelers will assist the snow plowing operations by deicing and shoveling sidewalks and entry ways for our properties.  During larger storms, we work in shifts to keep our team safe and rested.  We are currently hiring for all shifts.

 

Qualifications:​

• Reliable transportation to our shop location in Tilton, NH

• Schedule flexibility to work whenever there is snow.  This can mean nights or weekends

• Ability to use a smartphone app to log services for our customer

 

This is a seasonal position for the upcoming Winter 24-25 snow season.
